Jenn Ciccone
Office Manager
Jennifer was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA and moved to this area in the 90’s when General Motors transferred her father to the Lordstown assembly plant. After graduating from Boardman High School in 1998, she attended Bradford School in Pittsburgh, PA, where she received a degree in Computer Applications and Programming. Jennifer left her career in customer service to help open our agency in August 2019 and is licensed in Auto, Home, Life and Health insurance in Ohio and Pennsylvania. She is also a Notary public. Jennifer is the friendly voice you hear when you call our office and is passionate about helping our customers. Whether it’s assisting with billing questions, finding additional discounts, or helping families file a claim, she guides you through every step of the way. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and fur babies. You may also see her at the local Bingo hall, painting events, as well as donating to several local charities.

Nicole Pratt
Account Manager
Nicole was born and raised in our area and resides in Austintown with her husband Dave. The people in our community know her from Aardvark Sportswear; her mother’s business of 34 years, where Nicole spent 25 years as the store manager. When her mother retired, Nicole sought a career in insurance. In 2019, she successfully obtained her state licenses in Auto, Home, Life and Health and joined our team. Nicole is passionate about the members of our community. She focuses on helping our customers understand the importance of insurance, while offering the highest level of protection to fit their budget. In her free time, Nicole is busy being the proud "Gigi" of her granddaughter Athena Nicole!
